Baby goats are playful, silly, cuddly and downright adorable. The Frederick Farm Rescue and Sanctuary found itself with some unexpected babies this year and would love to share them with you! Join us for a magical morning with the babies. We will have fresh fruit for all the "kids" that we can feed them- in between the lap snuggles, climbing and playing. While we enjoy their antics and affection, guests can learn all about goats and their babies - how long before they are born, how long they nurse for, when they are full-grown ... and any other questions guests might have! We might even throw in some corny goat jokes for a morning giggle. We close up with a special story-time with themed books about our special friends. Each week will feature a different story! The bonus is that your attendance helps us rescue and care for our current herd of 30+ goats and continue to rescue more in need. If you are an animal-lover and especially if you love goats - this is an activity not to be missed! Register each child and one accompanying adult comes free.
