Sunset Hike with the Herd

Service Description

Did you know that everything is better with goats? That’s right - even sunsets! Designed specifically for people who love being outdoors, the beauty of nature and animals! Come hike with us and our herd of rescued goats through the beauty of the forest tucked into a remote part of the Catskills. Your guide can tell you the rescue story of each goat for those interested, share their quirks/personalities and answer any questions you might have (with a few terrible goat jokes/puns thrown in for good measure.) Our goats love to walk our trails, so they magically follow and walk with us through the woods as we become part of their herd. No leashes needed! We will meander through the forest over beautiful streams, enjoying the wildlife and scenery while we enjoy a sunset over a seven mile water view of the Rondout Reservoir. We end with a roaring bonfire, with complimentary warm apple cider, tea, coffee and marshmallows to roast. You are welcome to bring your adult beverages as well :)

This event is rain or shine! Refunds minus service fee if cancelled with more than 48 hours notice.
