So you want to adopt a goat?

There's a lot you need to know and prepare for! Here is a quick guide to some things to think about. You can also send an email with any questions you may have to meagan@frederickfarmgoats.com

Goat Adoption Application

So, you're ready to adopt goats! Exciting! Please fill out the following application and contract below. We will review your information and get back to you with any questions we might have and potential matches. Please make sure to email pictures of your indoor space, outdoor space and any provisions that you have set up for when you get your goats.

RED

Look at this handsome guy! This very friendly big boy needs a new home! Sadly, his owner is terminally ill and can no longer take care of him. He will be fully neutered and vetted prior to adoption. Red must be adopted with Blue as they are bonded brothers who were bottle-fed.

BLUE

Look at this handsome guy! This very friendly big boy needs a new home! Sadly, his owner is terminally ill and can no longer take care of him. He will be fully neutered and vetted prior to adoption. Blue must be adopted with Red as they are bonded brothers who were bottle-fed.

JOLENE

Jolene, Jolene, Jolene! (do you hear Dolly singing or is it just us?) Unfortunately for Jolene, she has a wonderful loving family but a really terrible neighbor who has been threatening Jolene's owners, forcing them to give up their beloved goats. Jolene is very affectionate and will follow you or Dusty anywhere! Jolene must be adopted with Dusty as they are bonded sisters who were bottle-fed.

DUSTY

Meet Dusty! Unfortunately for Dusty, she has a wonderful loving family but a really terrible neighbor who has been threatening Dusty's owners, forcing them to give up their beloved goats. Dusty is very curious, athletic and intelligent. She loves humans! Dusty must be adopted with Jolene as they are bonded sisters who were bottle-fed.
